In our own patients (Sandmann/Scholbach) from 2005 to 12/3/2020, we observed the occurrence of combined vascular compression syndromes very frequently. Among them an unexpectedly high proportion of those with clinical evidence of connective tissue disease was found. NCS— lordogenetic left renal vein compression aka Nutcracker syndrome
MTS— May Thurner syndrome
