I am emailing just to let you know about an IVUS with phlebography I had done because other doctors would not accept your ultrasound because they are not informed on compressions like you are and do not have your talent with sonography.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The phlebography showed totally normal findings both for May Thurner and Renal vein. (Good thing i did not rule out these conditions simply using phlebography before I saw you.)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Then when they used IVUS it showed EXACTLY what you found. As you found the May Thurner was severe with over 90% stenosis and the left renal vein was compressed by the right renal artery as well as stretched just as you mentioned. It narrowed severely in 3 places showing this stretch.<\/div>\n

I know many patients probably tell you, but you do brilliant work. It was shocking for me to hear many\u00a0popular doctors in the United States reject the possibility of the stretched renal vein.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
One of the \u201cexperts\u201d in Canada even after providing him my\u00a0testing \u00a0from you wrote in my report that he was absolutely certain I had no vascular issues<\/div>\n
and I just had \u201cprostatitis\u201d and to go back on antibiotics (for the 6th time).<\/div>\n

As you said, numbers and measurements are objective. Unfortunately for many it seems they do not even want to see \u00a0or read the numbers.<\/div>\n

I also wish to inform you that Dr. Morata a surgeon I saw in \u00a0Spain was the one to confirm your findings with IVUS and he said he has had several of your patients now and said he greatly respects your work. He said nobody else is even close to as good with sonography as you are and that you are always right in his experience.<\/div>\n
